Wedding Package
We understand that it takes more than a day or even half a day to decorate and prepare for your big day. At The Black Horse Barn, you have access to all the facilities, barn, courtyards, and bridal suite, from Thursday (start bringing your wedding decorations, etc.) Friday (rehearsal dinner), Saturday (here comes the bride!), and Sunday (clean up and pick up any personal items you may have left behind.)
The Bridal Suite is located in the main house, the red pole barn located behind the wedding barn. It includes an antique bed for pictures, 9 bridesmaid stations, a bride station and flower girl station. There is also an area for the guys. These areas are separated as not to spoil "the first look."
The main barn seats 175 guests, with seating for another 75 on the wrap around veranda and courtyard. The courtyard is adorned with Cafe and twinkle lights. It is lovely at dusk.
The Black Horse Barn has a front and back bar that was originally in a hotel in Chicago in the 1930's. The outdoor bar is made of old whiskey barrels. There is also an antique tin bathtub for drinks, champagne, and wine.
